Torrented batman arkham city keeps freezing?

I torrented Batman arkham city for PC, it was working fine until i got to the part where batman meets joker face to face and finds out joker is sick and poisoned batman with his blood. After he pushes you out the window, it tells me too skip the cutscene or the game will freeze but i cant skip it because it is still loading.
