Batman Arkham City played on my laptop with 32bit dx9.0 im wondering how come i have win7 64bit dx11?

why the game doesn't play with 64bit and dx11, Is the problem from my PC system or game system

even there is patch for dx11.I install it but it works with 32bit and dx9.0 again . IS THERE ANY SOLUTION

some soft ware will not run on 64 bit if it is for 32 bit and the drivers are the same way...
